Tens of thousands attend New York service

Tens of thousands of people have been attending an inter-faith prayer service in New York's Yankee Stadium.

Tens of thousands of people have been attending an inter-faith prayer service in New York's Yankee Stadium. The service is being held for those who died in the American terrorist attacks on 11 September.

Flags on federal buildings across the United States have been raised again to mark the end of the period of official mourning. More than 6,333 people are still missing, including 350 firefighters and police.
