Flood Tribunal adjourned due to US attacks

The Flood Tribunal has been adjourned for one day as a mark of respect to those who died in the United States yesterday.

The chairman of the Tribunal, Mr Justice Fergus Flood, said everybody was deeply shocked by yesterday's events. A minutes' silence was observed before the Tribunal was adjourned.
