Family escapes after Antrim pipebomb attack

A family, including three young children, have escaped injury in a pipebomb attack on their home in County Antrim.

A family, including three young children, have escaped injury in a pipebomb attack on their home in County Antrim. Two of the devices were hurled at the house at Turnarobert Park in Armoy, in the north of the county. One of the bombs exploded in the back yard. A second was thrown through the kitchen window but failed to detonate. The RUC say they are trying to establish a motive for the attack.
