Milosevic supporters, Demonstrate in Belgrade
Up to 10,000 supporters of Slobodan Milosevic demonstrated in Belgrade last night. They were demonstrating against moves to hand the former Yugoslav President over to the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague. The demonstrators marched through the capital to the Yugoslav government building after a rally in the city centre.
Apart from some minor scuffles, no serious incidents were reported. Yugoslav Prime Minister Zoran Zinzic received a delegation of several officials of Mr Milosevic's Socialist party in the government building.
