Funeral of Limerick shooting victim takes place

The funeral has taken place in Limerick of Eddie Ryan, the 40-year-old father of three shot dead in a pub close to Limerick City Centre last Sunday night.

The funeral has taken place in Limerick of Eddie Ryan, the 40-year-old father of three shot dead in a pub close to Limerick City Centre last Sunday night. The funeral took place at St Lelia's church beside Kileely where Mr Ryan was from. His coffin was taken by horse drawn carriage through Limerick City to Mt St Oliver cemetery. The two women injured in the attack are still being treated in hospital.
