US Agency classifies Dioxin as a human carcinogen

Environmental organisations have urged the government to withdraw its plans to build municipal incinerators at several locations around the country. It comes in the wake of a major report from the United States Environmental Protection Agency which for the first time classifies Dioxin as a "human carcinogen", and says the chemical compound is ten times more dangerous than was previously thought.
