Cork, Galway worst hit by severe flooding

Jim Fahy, Western Editor, reports that hundreds of houses and businesses have been flooded after the River Suck burst its banks in Ballinasloe

Damien Tiernan, South-East Correspondent, reports that parts of Clonmel remain impassable and some businesses have been flooded

Jennie O'Sullivan reports that the River Lee burst its banks causing havoc on the Western side of Cork city
