The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in an appeal case taken by both the State and Dunnes Stores.

The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in an appeal case taken by both the State and Dunnes Stores. Dunnes Stores and the Minister for Enterprise Trade and Employment, Mary Harney, had both appealed a High Court judgement over the appointment of Gerard Ryan, an authorised officer, appointed by the Minister, to inquire into the affairs of two Dunnes Stores companies.
