Last night Shelbourne maintained their unbeaten start to the season and moved three points clear at the top of the Eircom league Premier Division with a 2-0 win over Derry City at Tolka Park. Pat Scully and Gary Haylock had the goals.
Two late goals helped Waterford to a share of the points with UCD in Belfield. Karl Gannon and Dominic Iorfa scored in the 87th and 88th minutes after Ken Kilmurray and Aidan Lynch had put UCD two up.
In the First Division, Bray Wanderer's go one point clear at the top after a 1-0 win over St Francis - John Ryan got the game’s only goal. Elsewhere, Athlone Town held Longford to a 1-1 draw. Longford are second in the table behind Bray.
Tonight in the Premier Division Finn Harps play Bohemians in Ballybofey while Sligo Rovers meet Galway in the Showgrounds.
In the First Division it's Cobh Ramblers versus Kilkenny City. Dundalk are up against Limerick and Home Farm Fingal face Monaghan.
