Tribunal witness claims that Gogarty's witness is "total fabrication"
The builder, Michael Bailey, has told the Flood Tribunal he believes the bulk of James Gogarty's evidence is total fabrication. He said that only 25 acres of the 720 at the centre of the Tribunal's investigation had been built upon and that a further 50 had received planning permission.
