McKenna calls for full judicial investigation into '74 bombings

The Green Party Justice spokesperson Patricia McKenna has called for a full judicial inquiry into the Dublin Monaghan bombings in 1974 in which 34 people were killed. Ms. McKenna was speaking after a wreath-laying ceremony this afternoon at a new memorial to the victims in Dublin's Talbot Street. She also welcomed news that Garda detectives had interviewed an ex-RUC man over the bombings, which, it has been reported, could open up a new line of inquiry.
