A Gardai spokesman said the intention was to jog people memories about the events that led up to the time of the young woman's death. The questionnaires were handed out to everyone in the village and surrounding areas between half past ten last night and three this morning.
Gardai say the enquiry into the death was progressing well, but they denied reports that there had been an arrest. They have again appealed for people to come forward if they have any information that may help the investigation.
