Copy Instructions
All Digibeta (16x9) tapes must be sent to TV Commercial Library, Studio Building, RTÉ, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 as per traffic deadlines. Copy can also be sent digitally via Adstream or IMD Adsat. The same deadlines apply. All clock numbers & copy instructions must be sent using CARIA or using the designated form and emailed no later than 12 noon as per the traffic deadlines to tvtraffic@rte.ie

Copy for clearance should be sent for approval as early as possible prior to transmission to adclearance@rte.ie (00 353 1 2083116) and will be accepted in any of the following formats: scripts, storyboards, MPEGs, provided they are accompanied by required copy clearance form. Our Copy clearance committee sit on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 9.15am

RTÉ only hold copy for 3 months after last transmission date. If you require tapes to be returned, please contact our commercial library directly on 00 353 1 2082936 to arrange collection

Sponsorship Copy Instructions & Rotation Schedules
Copy instructions and rotation schedules (with clock numbers, sting titles & durations) should be submitted via email using the copy instructions form to sponsorship.tvtraffic@rte.ie no later than 12pm at least three working days prior to transmission.
We would appreciate if all copy instructions for stings and advertising copy includes the relevant music details. Sponsorship copy should be delivered in the same way as advertising copy, using IMD or Adstream directly to our Commercial Library and must be delivered to RTÉ no later than 12pm three working days prior to transmission.
