To help you maximise recall of your ad, we recently introduced solus breaks into Revenge, the highest-rating programme on RTÉ Two this month.

On both the 8th and 15th January when we ran these 30" solus breaks, they were the highest-rating centre breaks within the programme by quite a margin, which proved that viewers were less inclined to switch channels during the break because of their short duration.

On the 8th January, the average consolidated break rating for Women ABC1 for the 2 solus breaks was 16.5, which was over 50% higher than the other centre breaks in the programme.

We are now offering you the opportunity to take ownership of the remaining 19 episodes:

    What you need to know...

    • Last year's Toy Story-themed show beat the previous year's record-breaking audience. It was watched by an average of 1,528,800 people, an increase of just over 60,000 viewers on 2010's record-breaking audience of 1,466,600* viewers
    • In 2010, The Late Late Toy Show ranked as the highest-rating programme of the latest decade among Irish viewers
    • The average audience for the Toy Show has grown each year since Ryan Tubridy first hosted it back in 2009. The 2010 show was the highest rating Late Late Toy Show since 1994 so to grow the audience again in 2011 was a phenomenal achievement
    • The 2011 show achieved average share figures of 76% for HK with Kids and 86% for Kids, proving its enduring popularity with Irish viewers, both young and old. The average programme ratings for HK with Kids and Kids were 52.94 and 48.83 respectively!
    • The repeat of last year's programme, which ran on Sunday 4th December from 3-5pm achieved average ratings of 5.12 for HK with Kids and 7.03 for Kids
    • Last year's show also attracted significantly more young Adults compared to the previous year. The average consolidated rating for Adults aged 15-34 at 31.95 represented an increase of 15% on 2010
    • With an average Adult rating of 35.03, the programme ranked as the highest rating programme on Irish Television last year across all channels

    GAA Senior All-Ireland Football Final and Hurling Final REPLAY

    The All Ireland Hurling Final between Galway and Kilkenny on 9th September was watched by an average of 888,800 viewers, making it the 3rd most popular programme on TV this year after the Ireland v Croatia Euro 2012 match on 10th June and The Late Late Show Anniversary Special on 1st June. The average Men 15-34 rating for the match coverage on RTÉ Two on Sunday was 20.4 and it achieved an average share of viewing figure of 67.5% (Live + VOSDAL).

    As the match finished in a draw and will be replayed, there's another opportunity to get into one of the highest-rating programmes of the year! In line with the GAA's reduction in ticket prices for the replay, we are reducing the cost of a 30" spot in the All Ireland Hurling Final REPLAY on 30th by 37.5% to €12,500!
