RTÉ Aertel

RTÉ Aertel, Ireland’s number 1 Teletext service, is a multi-platform information service available on television, online at RTÉ.ie/aertel and on mobile at m.rte.ie/aertel. The service provides up to the minute comprehensive news, sports, business, entertainment, travel, weather, airports, listings, and much more both at home and on the go. RTÉ Aertel has over 1.1 million unique analogue users per day. (TGI 2009)

RTÉ Aertel online remains one of the most popular sections of RTÉ.ie with 25 million page impressions and 424,856 unique browsers January to April 2010 (Google Analytics 2010). RTÉ Aertel was launched on mobile at m.rte.ie/aertel.ie allowing users to access the information they want, when and where they want it. RTÉ Aertel mobile has a strong audience with over 450,000 page impressions delivered in April (Google Analytics 2010).
