The Client Sales Team is there to facilitate client and agency demand for an integrated response across TV, Radio, Print and Digital. It also reflects the dynamic and changing nature of the media landscape where new opportunities continue to emerge at pace. This new structure will ensure that the RTÉ team is best placed to exploit these opportunities as they arise. Although 90 per cent of our business is still based on traditional spot campaigns, there is an increasing appetite for this cross-media approach.
RTÉ is in a unique position being able to offer opportunities across Television, Radio, Online and Print and in emerging areas such as ‘Apps’, Mobile and Podcasting. We now see ourselves as both a broadcaster and a content provider as this best reflects what we now offer to the market.
The possibilities are endless and this structure allows RTÉ to align the advertiser with new emerging consumer trends. We can offer innovation, bespoke creative solutions, integrated 360 selling, editorial opportunities, strategic partnerships, cross and multi platform opportunities and, critically, continue to deliver on our commitment to be the leader in both innovation and insightful thinking.
