    Paul Herriott presents live from the Royal Albert Hall at the BBC Proms tonight in a wonderful programme with the St Petersburg Philharmonic under chief conductor Yuri Temirkanov in a programme of Russian greats. Pianist Nikolai Lugansky plays Rachmaninov’s Second Piano Concerto.
