    Nov 23rd - 29th: Felip Carbonell

    Guitarist Felip Carbonell has worked as an arts officer, production company head and band manager. After organising Mallorcan dates for Dervish in the 1990s, he moved to Sligo. He contributes greatly to the vibrant music scene in Sligo and is an integral part of the band No Crows. Recently, Felip released his first solo project, "The Colours Of Time" - a collection of recordings that represent Felip's musical experiences in Ireland and in his native Mallorca - recorded in both locations. We air selections from the double CD all this week.

    Nov 30th - Dec 6th: Radu Lupu

    Romanian Pianist Radu Lupu is widely acknowledged as a leading interpreter of Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart and Schubert. Since winning the Van Cliburn Competition in 1966 he has played with all the major orchestras in the world and has appeared at all major venues and festivals up to the present day – and plans for 2016 show no letting up. This week we mark his 70th birthday by featuring recordings from his extensive catalogue. Join us nightly at 10.
