    Franz Liszt: Oct 20th - 26th

Franz Liszt is remembered as a virtuoso. Much of his self-composed concert repertoire is considered to be the most technically-difficult music written for piano. In the week of the anniversary of his birth, we feature Liszt's late career compositions, including low-key pieces for cello and piano performed by, amongst others, Paul Lewis, Nikolai Lugansky, Pascal Amoyel and Emmanuelle Bertrand.
