Programme 3 - The 1970s
Listen to this programme
The only time Doyle ever wrote a fan letter was when he heard French composer Michel Chion's 'Requiem' as a student in Holland in 1974. This piece has stood out from all others from the 1970's and we hear an extract here. There is also music from Pink Floyd's 'Meddle' album and from German band Kraftwerk.
