RTÉ lyric fm presented three works as the Irish submissions for the 56th International Rostrum of Composers, which took place in Paris from June 8th-12th. The three Irish submissions were: Jürgen Simpson's Sigilum, Jonathan Nangle's our headlights blew softly into the black, illuminating very little, and Elaine Agnew's Make A Wish.

All of the works recommended by Rostrum delegates will be broadcast on RTÉ lyric fm over the course of two Nova programmes (Sunday June 21st, 8.30pm & Sunday July 5th, 8.30pm) and the Contemporary Concert on Wednesday July 1st, 8.30pm.
