This week Garret looks at all the reboots, remakes, sequels and adaptations coming straight from the Hollywood Production stable. There are a few big budget movies out this week - the big horror action flick is Benicio Del Toro as 'The Wolfman'. Romance is in the air for Valentines Day (yes, that is the movie title), and fiction fantasy is served up in Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief. And if that isn't dramatic enough, Colin Firth plays a stand out role in "A Single Man", who is struggling to find meaning to his life after the death of his long time partner Jim.

In this weeks Movie News, Garret talks about the demise of Miramax Films and the future for a new franchise, Sherlock Holmes. In the cinemas on Friday, the everlasting cinema force that is Clint Eastwood returns once more to the directors chair with Invictus starring Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman. There are two animation releases, one called Astro Boy, the other The Princess and the Frog. Youth in Revolt is out on preview screenings, while Irish movie 'Eamon' makes it the cinema.
