Stay tuned to hear lots of choirs on Niall Carroll’s Classical Daytime. We would like to thank ALL choirs, directors, teachers and supporters for working on the submissions to the competition this year. The competition is a true celebration of community music making around Ireland at Christmas. Due to the large entry we are not in a position to schedule all recordings but again we would like to acknowledge the wonderful commitment that there is to choral music around the country!

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer feedback on the recordings submitted though we would ask entrants to carefully consider the recording quality as equally as the performance itself – we would like to hear the choir at its best!  This schedule may be subject to change at the discretion of RTE lyric fm.

Winners announced on the 23rd of December
