Unwrap your Christmas presents to the stories of The Snowman and Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker, plus carols by schools who entered the 2013 Choirs for Christmas competition.

    Sunday April 27th
We'll wake up to a musical sunrise by Grieg this morning, and enjoy classical and traditional Irish music played on the harp. We'll also hear some different dances by some of the great composers, including a waltz by Joann Strauss II, a Spanish dance by Ravel and ballet music by Khachaturian!

    Sunday May 4th
Beethoven took so long to write his fifth symphony that he finished an opera and two other symphonies while he worked on it! However it's remembered as one of his most famous works and we'll hear it on Sunday. We'll also sail the seas with music by Wagner, and we'll find out how Paddington Bear got his name!
