    Beethoven’s status as the most important composer of his time was pretty much confirmed in an instant with this one mighty work, The Symphony No. 3 in E flat ( Eroica)  After hearing it, audiences were gripped. Hear it in full this afternoon in our concert highlight and Aedín's featured artist is English soprano Emma Kirkby one of the world's most renowned early music specialists.
