There are almost 450,000 people unemployed in Ireland. This is what sparked the Local Heroes campaign, working together to keep people in jobs and get others back to work.

Local Heroes aims to help jobseekers by providing advice and information. And Local Heroes Groups need a range of skills and expertise if they are to deliver a strategy to foster job creation, tailored to each locality. Your resources could be put to work in the fight for jobs.

If everyone pulls together we could get back some control of our future.
