Family event returns this June bank holiday weekend
The 2013 Tattersalls International Horse Trials & Country Fair to be bigger and better this year with a host of new country fair attractions on offer for all the family to enjoy.
Taking place in Ratoath Co. Meath, from May 30 to June 2 2013 is family friendly event that offers real value for money. Entry for the Tattersalls International Horse Trials & Country Fair starts at €5 for adult entry while under 12’s go FREE.
The popular family event combines the highest standards of equestrian Eventing with all the thrills and spills of a classic country fair. “Tatts 2013” will again play host to Irish and International Eventers as they compete in three equine disciplines of dressage, cross-country and show jumping over the weekend. Attendees will get the chance to see top Irish Eventers and International Olympic medal winners in action while soaking up the atmosphere of a country fair.
With a hound parade, novelty dog shows, free vintage swing boats, and Victorian style carnival rides, “Tatts 2013” offers everything you would expect from a traditional country fair. Avid shoppers can also pick up their favourite country chic brands at the fantastic range of shopping stands on offer while animal lovers are invited to bring along their pooch so that every member of the family gets to go to the fair.

Tickets range from €5 for one day adult admission to €50 for a picnic pass (includes entry for 2 adults and 2 children). Public parking is free or there is the option to avail of priority parking for an extra €10.
