The Cat Laughs Comedy Festival will return to Kilkenny this June bank holiday weekend.

This year’s line-up includes the return of Simon Amstell, who is back with his new show Numb, a debut performance from Jack Dee, Irish-American comedian Des Bishop, Jason Byrne and Neil Delamere.

Other frequent festival goers from across the water include king of the one-liner Milton Jones, Shappi Korshandi and Lloyd Langford. The UK’s Al Murray will also make his debut performance at the festival.

Irish comedic talent will be out in force again this year with household favourites flying the flag for Ireland to include Colin Murphy, Karl Spain, Chris Kent, Fred Cooke, Colm O’Regan, Barry Murphy and Gearoid Farrelly.

The ticket prices for the event have been reduced, and tickets are now on sale at
