- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 0.5 cup pineapple chunks
- 0.5 cup sliced mango
- 0.3 cup of fresh orange juice
- 1 tblsp chia bia’s ‘whole chia seeds’
- In a large bowl, combine the fruit. You can add additional seasonal fruit if you like.
- Pour the fresh orange juice over the fruit and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Sprinkle a tablespoon of Chia seeds over the fruit, lightly toss and serve.
