Ingredients

  • For the Asian Dressing
  • 3 tblsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tblsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped or grated
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • For the French Mustard Dressing
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tblsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tblsp lemon juice
  • 3 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
  • A generous pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • For the Herby Balsamic Dressing
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
  • A good handful each of fresh rosemary, thyme and basil, finely chopped, plus a couple of large rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
  • A generous pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • For each dressing, simply whisk the ingredients together, or to make them ahead of time, pop the ingredients in a clean jar. Screw on the lid and shake well to combine.
