Ingredients

  • 50 ml beefeater 24 gin
  • 15 ml st germain elderflower liqueur
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 50 ml blackcurrant & hibiscus iced jing tea
  • 2 dashes of cherry bitters

Method

  • Shake and double strain all of the ingredients into a miniature glass tea pot and chilled crystal tea cup.
