Ingredients

  • 250 g greek natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp mint sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp garam masala
  • pinch of chilli powder
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsbp lemon juice

Method

  • Peel and dice the cucumber and place in a bowl with all the other ingredients.
  • Mix thoroughly with the yogurt. Serve as a relish with any hot main dish.
