Ingredients

  • 4 panini rolls
  • Dubliner cheese slices (original or light)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tblsp pesto

Method

  • Cut the Panini open and spread with pesto.
  • Add 3 slices of tomato to each Panini.
  • Top with Dubliner Cheese slices, close and eat cold or toasted.
