Peel back just one side of the banana but do not pull it off completely. Cut into the banana flesh width ways so as to allow the chocolate buttons fit between each cut. Take care not to cut all the way through and not to put too much chocolate. Return the peel into place and wrap the banana in foil ready to go on the BBQ
Summer Fruit Cocktail
Toss all of the fruit together in a bowl except for the passion fruit which you will need to squeeze over the fruit. Sprinkle with the sugar and liquor. Allow the fruit to marinate for a short time before serving.
Whip the cream along with icing sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Fold in the puree but do not over mix.
