Non-alcoholic ginger syrup cocktail
- blackcurrant cordial
- fresh lime juice
- cloudy apple juice
- homemade ginger syrup
- Syrup is made by boiling water with sugar and fresh ginger in a sauce pan, leaving to simmer for ten minutes and then straining.
- All ingredients are shaken up in shaker with ice. It should have a nice frothy head on it.
- Festive Flourish – place a wedge of lemon on the glass and even add a sparkler for some festive cheer!
