• 1 wrap
  • 4 oz mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp wasabi or more if you prefer
  • rocket
  • pickled cucumber
  • juice of a lemon
  • salt
  • cooled cooked salmon


  • Combine the mayonnaise with the wasabi to make wasabi mayonnaise.
  • Spread some wasabi mayonnaise on the wrap.
  • Add the salmon, rocket and pickled cucumber to the wrap. Add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.
  • Roll the wrap and enjoy!
