Ingredients

  • 1 tblsp white miso
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well to combine.
  • Alternately place in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Use to dress salad leaves.
