• 4 flour tortilla
  • 4 tbs tahini
  • 200 g mozzarella (grated)
  • 4 tsp mixed herbs


  • On tortillas, smear tahini and season with sea salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle on mozzarella and mixed herbs.
  • Fold tortilla in half and gently press.
  • Place in 150°C preheated oven and when cooked, cut into wedges and serve.
  • Optional serve with salsa as a dipping sauce.
