Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 0.5 vine ripened tomato (diced)
  • 0.5 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbs chopped coriander

Method

  • Mash avocado (reserving seed) add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Place the seed back into the dip to help prevent discolouration and refrigerate until needed.
