Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • artificial sweetener
  • oil to spray
  • 1 pot low fat, low calorie toffee yogurt

Method

  • Peel the apple and remove the core.
  • Place on a baking tray on which you have placed a sheet of baking paper.
  • Bake at 200°C for 10-15mins until soft and slightly brown.
  • Serve hot with toffee yogurt.
