Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 small teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 25 g parsley (finely chopped)
  • 14 g mint (finely chopped)
  • 14 g chives (finely chopped)

Method

  • Crush the garlic with the salt.
  • Add the lemon juice and honey, and stir to dissolve.
  • Mix in the yoghurt, and then the oil.
  • Finally, stir in the chopped herbs.
