Ingredients

  • 75 g smoked salmon pieces
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 75 ml cream
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • cayenne pepper to season

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender, except for the cayenne, and whiz until the mixture is smooth.
  • Season to taste with cayenne pepper, and scrape into small pots.
  • Chill in the fridge.
