Honey Mustard Cocktail Sausages
- 1 lb good quality cocktails sausages
- 5 tblsp wholegrain mustard
- 7 tblsp honey
- 2 tblsp hosin sauce
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6).
- Mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest. Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture.
- Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
