• ¼ bottle of tequila
  • ½ pint of orange juice
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 200 g caster sugar


  • Dissolve the caster sugar in the boiling water and add the remainder of the ingredients place into a flat bottomed casserole dish.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  • Scrape with a fork, place into chilled shot glasses.
