Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tblsp olive oil
  • 30 g mixed fresh parsley, oregano, sage and rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • black pepper and coarsely ground salt, to taste

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a shallow dish. Add the food and leave to marinate.
