Ingredients

  • 125 g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh fennel
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 shallots (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together, shape and roll.
  • Cover in clingfilm, and chill
