• french stick
  • 8 oz butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tblsp chopped parsley


  • Make diagonal cuts in a French stick, not cutting quite through to the bottom crust.
  • Spreading cut surfaces generously with a mixture of butter, crushed garlic and parsley (3 cloves garlic, 8oz butter, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.)
  • Wrap the stick in foil and bake in a hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until the crust is crisp and the inside deliciously hot and buttery!
