The German brand is reminding customers that now is the time to make sure your car is running at its best: to this end your local Volkswagen Service Centre wants to help out.

Volkswagen is offering customers a free Volkswagen Spring Health Check to ensure that their cars are fully prepared to embrace the joys of Spring.

Volkswagen Approved Technicians will check the following, free of charge: lights, warning lights, wiper blades, screen wash reservoir, coolant levels, engine oil levels, clutch hydraulics, drivebelt, battery, tyre wear and pressure, brake pads and discs, steering, steering oil reservoir and exhaust.

"This is a perfect opportunity for customers to ensure their car is running in tip-top condition," said Niall Walsh, Head of Aftersales at Volkswagen.

"This is a comprehensive, 15-point health check that will give customers peace of mind and best of all, it is free."
