So quick and easy!


  • 2 baby gem, cut in half, lengthways
  • 1 tblsp olive oil


  • Heat a griddle pan to medium-high heat and brush the babygem with the olive oil.
  • Place the baby gem, cut side down, on the griddle pan and fry for about 5 minutes. When they have nice griddle marks and are just tender, serve straight away.
