So quick and easy!
- 2 baby gem, cut in half, lengthways
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- Heat a griddle pan to medium-high heat and brush the babygem with the olive oil.
- Place the baby gem, cut side down, on the griddle pan and fry for about 5 minutes. When they have nice griddle marks and are just tender, serve straight away.
