VCC have provided us with a selection of their best and exclusive cocktails
- 40 ml dark rum
- 20 ml over proof rum
- 30 ml lime juice
- 10 ml demerera sugar syrup
- 120 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- 1 whole passionfruit
- shake hard with ice
- take a tall glass, add ice and single strain, garnish with fresh fruit
- Shake all the above ingredients hard with ice for a minute.
- Take a tall glass, add ice and single strain. Garnish with fresh passionfruit.
